## Invitation to Tender (ITT) – End-Term Evaluation Consultancy ### Democracy and Transparency: Empowering Civic Engagement and Media Freedom Project Norwegian People’s Aid (NPA) invites qualified consulting firms and individual consultants to submit technical and financial proposals for conducting the **End-Term Evaluation** of the project: **“Democracy and Transparency: Empowering Civic Engagement and Media Freedom”** The project is funded by the **European Union** and implemented by Norwegian People’s Aid together with local partner organisations and networks in Iraq.
