Dear team, could you clarify if we can include legal entities from United Arab Emirates (in this case from Dubai and Abu Dhabi) as consortium member and/or subcontractor? Based on the specification in section 4 of the Additional information about the Contract Notice, we were not able to identify whether UAE entities are eligible or not. Thanks!
