**Roster of experts and organisations — Fondation Hirondelle** **Who we are:** Fondation Hirondelle is a Swiss media development organisation that supports independent, reliable information in fragile and conflict-affected contexts, including through its programme in Syria. **What we are looking for:** We are building a roster of individual experts and organisations that we can call on for short or longer assignments, now and in the future. Applying does not commit either party. We are interested in the following areas: - Media and journalism: editorial coaching and editing; journalism training and training of trainers; investigative journalism; verification, OSINT and digital journalism; multimedia production; audience engagement and communications; media law and freedom of expression. - Safety and protection: journalists' safety; digital security; security risk management; trauma and psychosocial support; gender, inclusion and safeguarding. - Organisational development: institutional capacity building; strategic planning, governance and board development; leadership development; leadership and executive coaching; team coaching and change management; media sustainability, fundraising and partnerships; project cycle management and proposal writing; financial management and donor compliance; human resources and policies; knowledge management and learning. - Monitoring and evaluation: audience research, monitoring, evaluation and impact measurement. - Context and themes: transitional justice; peacebuilding, social cohesion and conflict sensitivity; missing persons and enforced disappearance; law (Syrian law, international criminal law, human rights); hate speech and disinformation; civic engagement and public information; memorialisation and archives. - Support: translation and interpretation; facilitation and event management; data analysis and digital tools; graphic design; other areas relevant to independent media. **Who can apply:** Individual experts and o
