Lot المجموعة Description الوصف FWA duration مدة العقد Recommended Delivery Deadline/Deadline to begin Distribution. الموعد المقترح للتسليم 1 – Supply and distribution of Emergency Hygiene Kits for IDP’s sites in Marib Governorate. توريد وتوزيع حقائب النظافة الطارئة في مواقع النازحين في محافظة مأرب. Two years لمدة سنتين Five ( 5 ) calendar days from signing the Purchase Order as maximum to supply the materials and start the distribution. (5)خمسة أيام تقويمية من تاريخ توقيع امر الشراء كحد أقصى لتوريد المواد والاستعداد للتوزيع The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Documents (in Arabic/English) may be downloaded from: – Yemen HR from the following link: https://yemenhr.com/tenders – ACTED website at www.acted.org under the “Call for Tenders” section. – IAPG website at https://www.iapg.org.uk/ Potential bidders are encouraged to consult the websites mentioned above regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or the bidding documents. The Closing Date of this tender is 20-11-2024 at 10 AM. The bidders submission should be via email to [email protected] with [email protected] in CC with the subject of the Tender reference : T/15MULTI/MULTI/HK/LOG/Marib /YEM/ 30-10-2024/001 The submission of an offer by a bidder to this call for tender may not result in the award of a contract. Late bids will be automatically rejected. A Pre-Tender Information Session will be organized in office in Marib which is addressed in ( Bin Abood -Marib -Yemen ) and ACTED Sana’a office which is addressed in ( Haddah Street -Yemen ) On 13-11-2024 at 1 1 :00 AM -Yemen All bidders are encouraged to attend but attendance is not compulsory. This meeting provides interested bidders the opportunity to request further information about the tender process or to enquire about the technical specifications described in the tender documents prior to the submission deadline to better understand the supplies/services/Supply and deliver s provided. ACTED will hold a Tender Opening Session on 20-11-2024 at 11:00 AM (Yemen time). The Tender Opening Session involves the opening of all offers and conducting a document check, whereby all the documents provided by each bidder are checked and compared to the Bidder’s Checklist, where the list of mandatory documents is provided.
